A single landing page is usually ready in 5 to 10 days, depending on how fast feedback comes back. Larger System projects get a timeline once we've scoped them.
A clear idea of what you're selling, who it's for, and any brand assets you have. No copy yet? Fine, the Convert package includes guidance on what each section should say.
Yes, fully. When the project wraps, the files are yours to host anywhere, edit, or take to another developer. No lock-in, no platform fees.
Standard web tech: HTML, CSS and JavaScript, plus frameworks like Next.js for larger builds. I plan and architect the build, use modern tooling, AI included, to produce it fast, and review every line so the quality is mine. No page builder, so the output stays clean and quick to load.
Half up front to start, half on completion before the files are handed over. Simple and clear, with the price agreed before any work begins.
Tell me early. You see and shape the design before I build anything, and revisions are part of every package, two rounds on Launch and four on Convert. If the direction is wrong, we fix it at the design stage, not after launch. That is exactly why I check in at each step instead of going quiet and revealing a finished page you have never seen.
We agree the scope and the price before any work starts, and that quote holds for that scope. If you want to add something bigger partway through, like extra pages or a new interactive feature, I quote that piece on its own before building it. No silent scope creep, and no surprise line items at the end.
Both, to a point. The Convert package includes conversion copy guidance, so I help work out what each section should say and how to phrase it to sell. If you already have copy, I refine it to fit the page. For long or highly technical writing, I will tell you straight if a dedicated copywriter is the better call.
Yes through launch. We push it live together and I make sure it works on real devices, and revisions in your package run all the way to that point. After launch the files are yours, so you or any developer can change them whenever. If you want me for changes later, email me and I will quote the work. There is no forced retainer or monthly fee.
